Early Intervention

Early intervention is crucial for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities achieve the best possible outcomes. Early intervention focuses on children aged 0-5 and includes:

  • Focused or comprehensive treatment plans aimed at promoting communication, social interaction, and self-regulation skills.
  • Development of daily living skills.
  • Family collaboration, ensuring caregivers are involved in the therapy process and can reinforce skills at home.
  • Focus on naturalistic, play-based therapy where children can learn through play.

Caregiver Education

We recognize the vital role caregivers play in reinforcing therapeutic goals and supporting the individual's progress. ABA therapy includes ongoing caregiver education:

  • Hands-on training for caregivers to reinforce positive behaviors and skills learned in therapy.
  • Practical strategies for managing challenges and improving daily routines.
  • Ongoing support and guidance, helping caregivers address challenges as they arise.
  • Communication techniques to help caregivers effectively support the individual in their home and community.
  • Tools to help caregivers with their own emotional regulation during challenging behaviors.

Our Social Skills Group for teens focuses on developing essential social skills in a group setting. This includes:

  • Building communication skills for effective conversations and interactions.
  • Conflict resolution techniques to navigate common social challenges.

  • Opportunities for peer interactions in a safe, structured environment to practice social skills.
